Become an Outcoder as a Mid / Senior Android Developer
Join our team as a Senior/Mid-Level Android Developer and take the lead in crafting modern, responsive solutions for our premium brand clients, focusing on exceptional user experience. You will play a pivotal role in our development team, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams to innovate and shape the development of digital platforms.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and various Android versions, as well as handling different screen sizes with proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with Android Jetpack components and familiarity with architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and MVI.
- Solid understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks like Mockito, Espresso, and Robolectric.
- Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Experience building applications with accessibility standards in mind, with a preference for those knowledgeable in WCAG 2.2.
- Comprehensive understanding of the mobile development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
- Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) experience.
