As a Electronic Technician at EX² Outcoding, you will embark on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of hardware innovation and software functionality. This role places you at the core of our research and development efforts, where you will contribute to the assembly, testing, and validation of motherboard prototype platforms and other key hardware components. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our products, ensuring they meet the high standards our clients expect. This role involves a blend of technical precision, data analysis, and hands-on experimentation with a variety of tools and equipment. You'll be part of a specialized team, working in a dynamic lab environment to push the boundaries of technology. Collaboration with engineers, developers, and project managers will be key to integrating hardware with software solutions, aiming to achieve superior performance benchmarks and innovative product features.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Proficiency in electronic soldering and micro welding, with the ability to perform precise reworks on hardware components.
- Skilled in collecting and analyzing data from software tools and lab equipment such as IFDIM, VNA, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
- Experience with performance benchmarks (e.g., Cinebench, Geekbench) and AI workload execution.
- Familiarity with high-frequency equipment like TDR, VNA, high-performance oscilloscopes, and BERT for measurements and experiment setups.
- Competent in assembling motherboard prototypes and installing BIOS and Windows systems
This will be considered a plus:
- Experience with thermal validations using power tools and thermocouple devices.
- Ability to perform mechanical modifications to devices for data comparison and analysis.
- Knowledge of connecting high-speed technologies such as DP, HDMI, eDP, PCIe, TBT, etc.
- Advanced skills in data management using Excel or similar software for complex data analysis.
- A proactive approach to learning and utilizing new lab equipment and software tools.
