Become an Outcoder as a Mid to Senior Level Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are looking for a mid-to Senior-Level Microsoft Dynamics Developer focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Sales modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing and configuring CRM or Sales solutions within Dynamics 365, including experience in integrations and API development. While experience with Dynamics AX or Finance & Operations (F&O) is relevant within the broader Microsoft ecosystem, we seek expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/Sales or Customer Service customizations.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Sales development (experience with AX or Finance & Operations is a plus but must include CRM).
• Proficiency in customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Sales modules.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and API development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Sales certifications.
• Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft Flow.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
