Become an Outcoder as a Mid Business Analyst
Join our largest radiology network's data product development team and play a pivotal role in transforming complex business problems into technical solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and analytics teams to support the implementation of our enterprise data warehouse. This role is vital in acting as the primary liaison between business owners and our skilled group of data engineers. You'll be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering high-quality data products that drive decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to leverage data for strategic advantages in healthcare.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of data lakes, dimensional models, analytical practices and principles
Experience with data warehousing, writing advanced SQL Queries, and hands-on experience in database structures
Must be able to write test scenarios, test cases & support client testing, provide defect resolution methods and ensures application go-live
Excellent coordination with cross functional teams, organizational and time management skills are needed
Experience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Advanced knowledge of SQL,MS Excel, Word, Visio and Power Point
Ability to think customer centric principles, and manage/prioritize multiple projects
This will be considered a plus:
Microsoft Azure and Databricks environment experience is a plus
Health care experience is desired with a data-centric motive is a plus
