You'll be a key player in a project dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of our CRM technologies and other cloud-based platforms, impacting the company by safeguarding the integrity and performance of our software solutions. Your role involves rigorous testing, analysis, and problem-solving to ensure our products not only meet but exceed business and user expectations. Within our dynamic team, you'll work closely with developers and business analysts, playing a pivotal role in the development cycle. The team consists of diverse roles including developers, business analysts, and project managers, structured into smaller, agile sub-teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Profound knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies, with an ability to apply these in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Strong familiarity with CRM technologies and cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent command of SQL for crafting queries and understanding stored procedures, enabling effective data verification and analysis.
- Experience in diverse forms of testing, including system, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and address potential issues before they impact project outcomes.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identification of subtle bugs.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical issues and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment, while maintaining high quality standards
This will be considered a plus:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Prior involvement in projects utilizing emerging technologies and innovative testing methodologies.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or related fields.
