Become an Outcoder as a QA ARCHITECT
EX² Outcoding is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Software QA Architect to join our vibrant software development team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of comprehensive quality assurance strategies, craft detailed test plans, automate tests, manage QA tools, and lead our QA team towards delivering superior quality software. Collaborating closely with development teams and stakeholders, the Software QA Architect will ensure that our software meets the rigorous quality standards we uphold.
Key Responsabilities:
- Devise and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies that meet project requirements, customer needs, and industry standards.
- Develop detailed test plans covering all software aspects, including functionality, performance, security, and usability.
- Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and consistency.
- Manage QA tools, including test automation tools, defect management tools, and test management tools.
- Identify, document, and analyze software defects, working collaboratively with development teams for timely and efficient resolution.
- Mentor and guide other QA team members in test design, test automation, and tool management.
- Continuously evaluate software quality throughout the development lifecycle, identifying improvement areas and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software QA Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in designing and implementing quality assurance strategies.
- Deep knowledge of agile software development methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
