Become an Outcoder as a Senior Scrum Master
We seek a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. You'll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Ultimately, you'll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. Scrum Master experience and skills: You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework and its artifacts and techniques. You'll also need to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables. If you're a strong communicator, a capable leader, and invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field experience
- Extensive expertise in software deployment across several platforms and operating systems
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Strong knowledge of the language specification
- Thorough understanding of the standard library, object-oriented, microservice architecture, and algorithms
- Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and Agile processes: Github, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc…
- Familiarity with SDLC/PDLC /Agile/Scrum process
- Responsible for the Scrum process is understood by the team: Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective with the support and verification of the Product Manager
- Reports any delay risks, dependencies, and product development evolution
- Control the release management and quality management over the SDLC process
