Become an Outcoder as a Senior PM (Creative, Copywriting & Graphic Design B2B background)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative projects, from concept through completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with our clients' business goals.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative, copywriting, or graphic design environment.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing or similar roles.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Project Management within a creative, copywriting, or graphic design environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
  • Proficient in creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
  • Experience in budget management, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
