What you’ll need to be successful:

- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
This will be considered a plus:
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Hands-on experience in IT or software development projects.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
