Become an Outcoder as a Junior Tech Support Specialist
As a Jr. Tech Support Specialist at EX² Outcoding, you will be on the front lines of providing technical assistance and support to our stakeholders. This role requires the technical proficiency to either resolve issues directly or escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution, ensuring a timely and satisfactory conclusion to all inquiries. You will be instrumental in maintaining backend applications, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of our services. Your role will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality support, enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships. You'll be part of a dynamic team within the Customer Success department, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
