Become an EXpert as a Business Intelligence Support
The main responsibility is managing tickets related to user requests and functional incidents on platforms managed by the IT Service team, ensuring efficient task follow-ups and project completion.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Ticket Management: Resolving requests and issues on various company platforms according to IT Service policies.
- Project Execution: Meeting project deadlines set by the IT Service department.
- SLA Compliance: Adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Training Management: Overseeing user training on systems managed by the IT team.
Competencies and Requirements
- Education: Minimum of eight semesters in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Basic SQL and MySQL knowledge
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for IT service management
- Experience: At least one year in an N1 application support role.
- Other Skills: Strong customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and proactive solution delivery.
